The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioner having variously armed assaulted the informant and his family members, as a result of which four persons sustained injuries.
It is submitted that there is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused persons and specific accusation of assault is against Shahil Ansari. Injury attributed to this petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
