Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023 registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43104 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-Ist, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
