2. The petitioner apprehend arrest in connection with Rajpur PS Case No. 148 of 2024 dated 11.05.2024, instituted under Sections 409, 511, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was earlier rejected on merit by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57637 of 2024.

4. This is second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail.
