Madhuri Lata ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners pray for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 394/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners were caught while snatching golden ear ring of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of local police. Petitioners has claimed clean antecedent and they are in custody since 18.6.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51396 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let both the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Phulwaria Police Station Case No. 96 of 2021.
