This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 17, 18, 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

350 grams of ganja and some liquid items were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. The recovered ganja is of small quantity and the identity of the recovered liquid item has not been established as yet. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 134 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Gaya, or successor Court.
