JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the husband of the petitioner assaulted her widow sister-in-law when brother of the informant went to pacify the matter then he was being assaulted by the petitioner and her husband, subsequently brother of the informant succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the petitioner and petitioner is a lady.

In view of this Court, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34188 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if she surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
