JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-07-2021 As prayed for, through Video Conferencing, let the learned counsel for the petitioners remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office vide its notes dated 19.12.2020, within four weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode in normal course.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State, through Video Conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.108 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the Government pipe was fixed

No.37322 of 2020(2) dt.02-07-2021 2/3 to supply the water in the house of Sandeep Rai and Amit Rai, both sons of the informant Bhavesh Rai, but due to dispute, the pipe, which was installed in the way, was removed on which the wife of the informant made protest. Thereafter, Aman Rai, Yamuna Rai and both the petitioners having iron rod, lathi and bricks-stones in their hand reached near the house of the informant and Aman Rai slapped at the chick of the wife of the informant and torn her blouse and also snatched her gold earring. Yamuna Rai caused injury to the daughter-in-law of the informant through lathi. When the informant rushed to save his wife, then Aman Rai caused blood oozing injury on his forehead through iron rod, whereas Yamuna Rai cut the middle finger of the left hand of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are ladies and have falsely been implicated in this case without specifying any overt act. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
