Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the State and the Bihar State Schedule Caste Cooperative Development Corporation Ltd., Patna.

In our view, the learned Single Judge clearly and rightly held that the writ petition has become infructuous and dismissed the writ petition. We are surprised how and why this appeal was filed. By the writ petition, writ petitioner-appellant has sought intervention of the Court to get pay and perquisites as the Chairman of the Corporation from the State Government. During long pendency of

Patna High Court LPA No.1132 of 2013 dt.22-09-2016 2/2 the writ petition, he has ceased to be the Chairman. No relief could be granted by the Court, and, rightly the writ petition was dismissed. We, thus, find no merit in this appeal. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
