The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 registered under Sections 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story in brief is that the informant given a written information that he has taken work from RWD which was going on, and from unknown mobile number given in the F.I.R. a call was coming demanding levy and giving threat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38662 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 wherein it is submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.IR. and has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion even as nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner to take a prima facie view against her, let in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019, subject to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
