In the background of political rivalry having on account of Panchayat Election, it has been alleged by the informant that Venkatesh Rai, Binod Rai along with petitioner came and began to untie she-buffalo which was resisted by the informant and on account thereof, had been alleged against Venkatesh Rai to have fired causing injury over his person. Other co-accused, Binod Rai as well as petitioner had been alleged to have fired in air. Accordingly, petitioner, Chhote @ Chhotu @ Aswani Kumar Ray @ Shwani Kumar Ray is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Bhojpur, Ara in Sikarhata PS Case 44/2016.
