JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-10-2015 Writ application has been filed by the petitioner way back on 04.07.2014 seeking a direction upon the respondent Vir Kunwar Singh University, Arrah to provide mark sheet to the petitioner for B.A. Part-III examination held in the year 2008. Petitioner has applied, deposited the requisite fee and also filed an application before the Controller of Examination, Vir Kunwar Singh University, Arrah but since no decision has been taken, writ application has been filed.

Despite the writ application pending for more than a year, no counter affidavit has been filed.
