Some persons were caught while they were selling country made liquor. The informant and other police officials took attempt to take the aforesaid persons to police station but the aforesaid persons raised alarm attracting several persons including petitioner and, thereafter, the mob attacked on police officials. Petitioner is said to be member of the aforesaid mob and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 13.06.2016.
