Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 179 of 2016 registered for the offence under sections 498A, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 47530 of 2016 which was rejected vide order dated 08.02.2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel submits that charge has been framed in this case on 20.06.2017, which is evident from Annexure-3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37301 of 2017 (2) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 179 fo 2016.
