This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 159 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Vide order dated 05.04.2022, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 5, above named, has already been dismissed as withdrawn.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50756 of 2021(3) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 The assailant of the victim is petitioner no.3Dinesh Risideo. So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 2 and 4 is concerned, the same is allowed as there are general and omnibus allegation against them.
Let the petitioner nos. 2 and 4, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P.S.
