The Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 448, 354(B), 436, 506, 504 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting and abusing the informant and his family members, and setting ablaze the house on fire.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is land dispute between the parties and there is case and counter case. The petitioner is in custody since, 08.04.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33039 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. cum Sub Judge-IX, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017.
