The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148, 149, 379, 436, 323,325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that two girls came to the shop of informant and purchased articles worth Rs. 900/- but they were paying only Rs. 500/-. On protest being made accused persons assaulted informant and put his shop on fire. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injuries have been found simple in nature. The accusation of putting the shop on fire is not specific against the

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Rohtas at Sasaram in Nokha P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
