2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 380, 382, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Ziradei P.S. Case No. 09 of 2019.

3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the petitioner is accused in four prior cases of serious nature and it appears that he is an habitual offender.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner having accused in four prior cases, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
