By the impugned order dated 30.03.2015, the learned Sub Judge VI, Gopalganj in Title Suit No.425 of 2007 has only allowed the amendment application filed by the plaintiff for making necessary correction only in the plaint. It is admitted fact that till the date of passing the order, issues have only been framed and evidences have not been produced by any party.

Therefore, since the order of amendment, which has been allowed, is a pre-trial amendment, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
