The petitioner has approached this Court for correction of his date of birth.

Mr. Vinay Krishna Tripathi, learned counsel for Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi, on instruction, submits that the CBSE will take corrective measures provided that the original certificate is forwarded to the CBSE through the school, namely, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Khagaul, Patna. In view of the fair stand taken by the counsel for CBSE, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the
