JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the land of the informant was sold by Anwar Jahan wife of Fahim Ahmad Khan in favour of the Raushan Khatoon wife of Md. Asfaque and Fatm Khatoon wife of Md. Islam. The petitioner is the scribe of the deed, in question. Considering the thrust of accusation against co-accused Anwar Jahan, who executed the sale deed, in question, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
