The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 290 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise Act.

It is alleged that 100 litres of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2017. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar, Sub JudgeIV-cum-A.C.J.M., Barh, in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 2 of 2017.
