Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No.31 of 2022 registered under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.40290 of 2022. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
