Mr.Nityanand ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 461 of the IPC. As per the prosecution case, on the disclosure made by the co-accused, Makku, petitioner has been made in this case.

It is submitted that no incriminating material has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the same, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Ekangar Sarai Police Station Case No. 15 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
