JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the deceased by fists and slaps causing the death of the deceased. The impugned order goes to show that doctor could not ascertain the cause of death of the deceased though some injuries appear to have been sustained by the deceased. Petitioner being lady is languishing in jail custody since 26.06.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Dumariya P.S.Case No. 10 of 2013.
