Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 474 of 2016 registered under Sections- 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25( 1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act. According to the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol with a live cartridge and a motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence, as alleged.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case specially the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. His prayer for bail is, therefore, rejected.
