2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. There is allegation of torture and harassment due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry against the petitioner and other co-accused persons.
4. It is submitted that thrust of accusation is against husband of the complainant. Petitioner is father-in-law of the complainant and there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41890 of 2023(2) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 has got no concern with the family affairs of the complainant and husband. Petitioner claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Complaint Case No. 182(C) of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
