The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No.72 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim causing grievous injury. He is in custody since 20.04.2025.

Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation and also considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42459 of 2025(3) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj / concerned Court below, in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No.72 of 2025.
