2. The petitioner has filed this writ application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the legal sustainability of the order, by which his petition to be impleaded as party, in the final decree proceeding has been turned down by the learned court below.

3. During the course of his submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner has accepted that now the final decree proceeding is over and a final decree has been prepared.

4. In this view of the matter, this application has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.

5. However, this order shall not prejudice the right of the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievances in accordance with law for protection of his rights.
