This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sultanganj P.S. Case No.503 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 364 & 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the deceased was killed by some criminals including the petitioner.

The petitioner in his self-inculpatory statement has named the other accused persons and himself, who have killed the deceased. The petitioner has criminal antecedents also. He is in custody since 19.12.2023. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43531 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
