The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the petitioner got appointed as Panchayat teacher on the fake Intermediate certificates. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that services of the petitioner has been terminated from the concern department. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.41579 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 32 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
