2. Interlocutory Application No. 598 of 2015 is, accordingly, disposed of.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
4. It appears husband of the petitioner was getting 90% pension until his death as a Cr.
Patna High Court CWJC No.520 of 2011 dt.27-03-2015 2/2 Appeal filed by him is pending in the High Court. During pendency of the said Cr.
Appeal substituted petitioner, in my opinion, is also entitled for payment of 90% family pension amount.
5. Let the authorities make payment of 90% family pension to the substituted petitioner with effect from the date of death of her husband i.e. 11.01.2014.
6. The writ application is, accordingly, disposed of.
