2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 84/ 2025 dated 14.04.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 317(2), 317(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 111 and 112 of the BNS.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the recovery of one stolen motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has been sufficiently punished for the alleged offences and he has been languishing in jail since 15.04.2025 having fair and clean antecedent and against him investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and his fair and clean antecedent as well as completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 84/ 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
