The case of the petitioners stood on similar footing as that of co-accused Bablu Lal Mandal who had already been granted bail vide order dated 08.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 47366 of 2016. Accordingly, petitioners Basudeo Yadav, Kangresh Yadav @ Congress Yadav and Gautam Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. case no. 398 of 2016.
