2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 535 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 126(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 303(2), 352 of the B.N.S. and subsequently Section 103 of the B.N.S. was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased. The petitioner is the order giver and is alleged to have set the hut on fire.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is the order giver and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani /concerned Court below in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 535 of 2024.
