The petitioner seeks bail in Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the F.I.R., some unknown miscreants committed the murder of son of informant by cutting his neck by sharp cut weapon and thereafter, threw the dead-body in a river.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Pramod Kumar. Save & except confessional statement, which has got no evidentiary value, there is no other material against this petitioner to show

No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 11.04.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S.
