2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioner assaulted the son of informant by means of stones on account of which he sustained grievous injury.
4. It is submitted that though there is allegation against three persons that they assaulted the son of informant by means of stones, but son of the informant sustained only one injury. For bare perusal of FIR, it is apparent that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Ravi Kumar. Moreover, FIR has been lodged after delay of four days without

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 409 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
