JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 20-11-2017 This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the order dated 15.09.2014 passed in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No.55 of 2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Madhubani whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the application, the trial has concluded and the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges.
