JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In view of limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application before the concerned licensing authority for grant of licence for revolver / pistol as his earlier application was dismissed in the year 2010 itself and the appeal was also dismissed on the ground of limitation and, thereafter, period of five years have elapsed since the order of rejection of his claim.
If such application is filed by the petitioner, let the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11326 of 2014 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 same be considered by the licensing authority on its own merit and in accordance with law.
