The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No.63 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the nature of allegation as also the plea taken by the petitioner that on account of matrimonial discord and incompatibility as also the statement made at paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of
