Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 506, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been urged on behalf of the petitioners that they have not been named in the F.I.R. and their names have surfaced only on the statement of a witness of the same village, namely, Pappur Rai with whom the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37554 of 2020(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 are on litigating terms. The offences are also general and omnibus in nature.

Some of the accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail by a different Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -IX, Gopalganj, in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
