Learned counsel for petitioner contended that this matter is squarely covered under the judgment passed in LPA No. 766 of 2019 in CWJC Case No. 14664 of 2016 and other cases vide judgement dated 19.09.2023 by the Division Bench of this Court. Learned counsel for petitioner further contended that his representation is also pending before the concerned authorities and let the concerned authorities dispose of his representation considering the judgment of the Division Bench

Patna High Court CWJC No.9950 of 2023(4) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 passed in LPA No. 766 of 2019 dated 19.09.2023.

3. In view of the fact that this matter is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment, respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
