The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No.192 of 2016 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 80 liters country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 10.03.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20213 of 2017 (3) dt.30-06-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No.192 of 2016.
