The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 185 of 2020 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 20072 of 2021 on 09.04.2021 (Annexure-2). Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
