The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 07.08.2016 in Janki Nagar P.S. Case No.102/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 504, 506, 386/34 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail. By way of referring to the F.I.R. it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on trivial issue , the petitioner was apprehended by the informant side and it was shown as if the petitioner was having country made pistol and he had demanded rangdari from the informant side.He submits that in a trivial matter, colour of seriousness of the offence has been

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, by way of referring to some paragraphs of the case diary, submits that the petitioner had arrived at the door of the informant, threatened and demanded money.
Be that as it may, keeping in view the nature of accusation as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Nitesh Kumar Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Janki Nagar P.S.
