=================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-02-2021 The present application has been filed for extension of time and correction in the order dated 6.3.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.76156 of 2019.

The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 6.3.2020 but due to Covid the petitioner could not surrender within time indicated in the order dated 6.3.2020. He further submits that there is typing error in the prayer portion, in stead of Presiding Officer, Sasaram, district Rohtas it was wrongly typed as Presiding Officer, Dehri.

Considering the facts and circumstances mentioned in in Cr. Misc. No. 8370 of 2021, the time for surrender is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8370 of 2021(2) dt.01-02-2021 2/2 extended for a period of 15 days from the date of communication of this order with modification to the extent that in place of Presiding Officer, Dehri it should be read as Presiding Officer, Sasaram, district Rohtas.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
