JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 22-07-2016 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 25.04.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in Complaint Case No. 381(C) of 2012 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45858 of 2014 (2) dt.22-07-2016 2 / 2 order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
