This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 354, 354B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The informant is a shop-keeper and claims that the petitioner had come to purchase some goods. In the meantime, he attempted to sexually assault her and abused, on protest.

Submission of the petitioner is that for some dispute relating to earlier dues of the purchased goods, the present false case has been lodged. There is no specific attribution against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53309 of 2016 (4) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, I, Patna, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and if the Court below would come to notice that the petitioner has committed similar type of offence in future, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner in this case also.
