Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Sections302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. There is only one fire arm injury whereas allegation is against 13-14 persons. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18912 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
