2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 213 of 2013.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. It is further stated that the petitioner reiterates his commitment to keep the opposite party no. 2 with due dignity and honour.
4. None appears on behalf of the opposite party

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner no.1's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner no. 1 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Chakia P.S.
