2. The present modification has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr.Misc No. 23780 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in condition as contained in paragraph 7(i) suggest that the petitioner has sold the vehicle in question to one Ravi Ranjan Kumar. Infact the petitioner has purchased the vehicle in question from TVS Credit Finance Company on 20.05.2019 on installment and due to non-payment of installment to the TVS Credit Finance Company, the TVS Credit Finance Company

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43190 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 sold the motorcycle to one Ravi Ranjan Kumar.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner has not sold the motorcycle to Ravi Ranjan Kumar instead the same has been sold by the TVS Credit Finance Company.

5. Therefore, the time for surrender of petitioner namely, Chhotu Kumar and furnishing bail bonds in terms of order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr.Misc No. 23780 of 2025 is extended by two weeks from today and the condition no. 7(i) may be read as mentioned in paragraph-3 of the present order.

6. Accordingly, the present modification petition is disposed of.
